The journey continues to Tony’s Puri Shop, where the art of making puri is demonstrated by Tony and his family, and guests sample fresh, warm puri with a filling of their choice and local fruit juice. Then, in the tranquil oasis of the Secret Garden, guests join Singing Chef Eon John in preparing the traditional seven curries outdoors, learning about the spices, techniques, and health benefits behind each dish. Refreshing fruit cordials and marsala tea are served during the cooking session. Once the curries are complete, everyone gathers under the gazebo to enjoy the meal served on their hand-picked lotus leaves. The experience concludes with a private live performance of Guyanese songs by Eon John, making for a flavorful and culturally rich day.
